i was starting to worry you agreed wiith everything.
i felt like everything i was doing was wrong and no one was telling me,

maybe...i'm overcomplicating things....maybe i need to take a large step back.
i've been trying to create the character then the environments,neglecting my own advice.i'll start with something simple...
how about,,,main location for the character,a potionarium in fallis' capital city.(i'll call the city valedon)this potionarium is,..let's say...around the western side of the city.and is the head building of the alchemist's guild on torrandels...
i kept wanting to make a pirate character,but that was blinding me to possibilities i opened up with torrandels.

yeah zain,there are many guilds and organisations on torrandels,
some with dark intent,some full of people trying to just make a living, some more like government organisations and public committees, guilds even compose city guards and militia.
pirates most often aren't related to these guilds,but few accept pirates or their assistance.with a bit a short leash to be fair.

turning stuff to gold,
turning gold to stuff.
stuff into other stuff.
people into animals.(with permits and such)
animals to people.(again,legal issues needed to be addressed before allowing)
anything potionary or alchemy
