You should really use a text to speech program. Talk to your computer or phone or whatever and it will make it into text.

Its really hard to tie with one arm by yourself. I can't find any rubber bands to help try either or get help. I could try it again when I try to get some sleep.. If I get some sleep.

Im not on a computer. im on my new3ds. And I don't think our laptop can do something like that. I would have to get a microphone, and I still don't have a smartphone.

Not good at all... I usually stub my toe or just hit a wall whenever... Its random when it happens.

Also I don't think I want to use speech to text. That would mean I would have to talk and everyone will hear me and know what im doing. Not to mention i'll have to speak clearly..

Maybe it would help you to have some kind of pointer stick strapped to your arm. Then you type with that and let your fingers rest.

A pointer stick? Strapped to my arm? How does that work?

I dunno. I've seen people with things like it though. There would be a strap around your arm, and a part that points out past your index finger.

...The only thing I can think of that you reminded me thats close to that idea is my thumb stylus and finger wrap stylus.
I got them a long time ago during my DS Lite stylus days when I needed extra styluses. I saw them at Sears in a stylus set and decided to get them and see how they work... Not as good as you would think, but somewhat okay. They slip off alot. Well the finger wrap does. The thumb stylus doesn't feel right on a thumb. More like my finger, but I tried those months ago, and it didn't go well. I wouldn't try drawing with them without alot of practice, and holding them still.

You may have to give up drawing for a while if you want your arms to get better.

I already gave up drawing anything anymore...
Its says I did on my sig. as of Feb.2016.. My last drawing was in October.. Soon its going to be a year since I stopped drawing.

I am using my thumbs to type..
Well my fingernails on my thumb. It gets harder when im told to clip my nails when they get to long.
I used to use my fingers, but thats only when I have to use my left hand or right hand only and my left hand only is hard to type with.

Type with a stylus in your mouth?

Use a finger splint? Then you have a finger that doesn't have to move. It's like the wrist stylus idea from before, but with your actual finger.

I don't know what a finger splint is or looks like.

Just anything that keeps your finger straight. No finger bending means no tendon strain.
