Im really Sorry everyone.
I feel very unwell and my arm is hurting more.
I can't keep pushing myself to try and be online day and night for my friends anymore.
So I have to stop... Until I can either get well or can try again.
I really want to get better... Even if I only keep getting worse...
Im sorry I can't be there for my friends and those who are lonely..
I'll... keep wanting to get better.

I hope I can find some too. Because the ones I tried didn't help and being away for 21 days didn't help either. I don't feel relaxed or any better than before. I feel depressed, desperate, lonely, and stressed.
Also Im sick because of the cold weather, but im still trying and not giving up. slowly.

Okay we can look at things one step at a time. Are you getting enough direct sunlight? Eating your vitamins? I have a bit of seasonal affective disorder so I know winter months can be rough.

Am I getting enough direct sunlight? I don't understand, but no? I barely even see the sun. I know im not supposed to stare at it directly, and Its kinda hard to see it at all. Even at this time. Plus its cold outside.
Vitamins? My mom did get some for us, but she gave me vitamins for joint pain, and i've been taking them once a day.

You just have to go walking for some sun. And my arm is fine it just hurts off and on.

That sounds like my headache. It hurts off and on.

I did go outside when I had to walk to the store that day. I ended up feeling sick after cause how cold it was outside and everything I had to carry since I was going for more than one person. Even taking the backpack only helped a little. I could only fit one bag in there, but I did make it back home. I just had to push myself to keep going and not give up.
