I don't want to worry people with my wellbeing... but I still want to help and be there for them despite how im feeling.

They'll care if you become too ill or lethargic to have a conversation. Staying up when you're tired and looking at a bright screen all night is not a natural thing to do, and it can make you feel bad.

Yes it can. Lethargic means tired and sluggish, like you don't feel like doing anything at all, and in extreme cases can become a sort of depression.

I do hate when I don't feel like doing anything...
I didn't do much while I was away for a month, and I still didn't get any better. Just worse than before. I tried to do some things.

Like going outside?

I still go outside if I have something to do that requires I go outside to do that.
