Is the capture the flag battle still a battle mode?

Yeah, I'll still use the Capture the Flag mode. I think it should just be 1v1 or 2v2. The stages will have to be long and somewhat creative so the players can have some challenge to getting their opponent's flag.

Will the flags still have different options? Like being different colors or objects like fruit, animals, etc.?

Sure, they can be different colored flags. Though, I wonder what other objects could be used aside from fruit or animals. Probably wouldn't be safe using animals as your target in Capture the Flag, though.

Your not hurting the animals are you? Your suppose to be saving them from the other team.

You can use anything. Toys, seeds, Game cartridges, balls, balloons, crystals, Magic, books, Snowballs, Rocks, Dolls, Clouds, Eggs, Bubbles, Wish Bunnies, Robots, Dragons, Lizards, Clothes, Gems, Jewels, Ore, Metal, Words, fairies, or Copies of Yourself. You name it and make a team to capture for whatever reason your imagination wants. Even if its not the reason for the game. It makes it fun.

We need fruit to eat, but they want it all to themselves.
We need to get these mechs so we can break them. The other team wants to activate them so they can run amok.
If we can get more ore than the other team. We can make a stronger weapon than them.
We need to gather more magic to cast this great spell (or something.) before the others can.

You know. Those random ideas. Sure the main purpose is to collect more than the other team, but other people have other things they'll be thinking of along the way. Right? or is that just me?

You may be onto something, Chris. Maybe we could add some of this stuff to give more variety than just flags.

What if the flag was the animal, and one side was bad and wanted to capture it while the other side wanted to get it out of here to a safer place?

Good point. Of course, it'd probably have to be a bad guy character who'd want to capture it and a good character who'd wanna rescue it.

Now, I'm kinda thinking I should just make Hernando and Rashina separate characters, using their own strengths and weaknesses, rather than have them battle side by side. None of the other characters already in the game change characters during battle. But, I could perhaps make it to where players can bring more than one character into a battle, but it'll be one character on the battlefield at a time, and maybe having certain characters can make other sorts of special attacks and finishing moves.

So it'll have a play style similar to marvel vs capsom then?

Or perhaps like some Naruto or Dragon Ball Z games.
